Pricing, Fees & Deposits

Utility services for our community are provided by FPL and The Village of Palm Springs. Residents are required to establish an account for electricity through FPL. Water and Sewer is set up by the property and billed back according to usage.

The following Cable/Internet providers are available at our community: AT&T. Your new home will already be active at move in and the service is charged through our community. For more information, please contact the leasing office.
Rent is due on the 1st and is considered late on the 4th. You may pay your rent online by visiting our resident portal. If you have further questions, you may contact our leasing office team.

Community Amenities

The parking options at our community include an open surface lot and one spot per resident and additional vehicles are allowed. Vehicles are required to register with the office with an annual fee. Guests may park in designated parking areas
Yes, our community offers a variety of amenities for residents to enjoy, including a state of the art fitness center, game room, co-working lounge, swimming pool with cabanas, outdoor kitchen, pet park, playground, and other shared outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and socializing. Roommates & Occupancy

All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. Our guest policy is guests are allowed to stay in the apartment for 5 days, unless prior written consent from management is given. Guests must register their vehicles and pay for parking after free parking period is over. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.
